All photos and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights, remain the sole property of Summers Real Estate Photography/Diedra Summers. Licensing provides the Client with the limited right to utilize the photos for promotional purposes directly related to the property listing. This licensing is valid for the duration of the property listing duration and terminates when the Client is no longer managing said listing (i.e. the property sells, the listing expires, the listing is withdrawn, etc.).In simpler terms, you are buying a license to use the images and are free to use the images to promote your active listing through MLS (and its syndicates), social media, and the like, just don't sell or give the images to anyone else once the listing is no longer live.
